Notes

Mash 60 Minutes WITHOUT! the Acid Malt. After 60 minutes add the ACID malt for an additional 40-60 minutes. You may need to boil a bit of wort or water to keep your mash temp after 2hrs. Acid Blend Post fermentation add 1 tsp of acid blend to 5 gallon of beer. add the juce and zest of 3 limes, 2 lemons and 2 oranges.
