BItter with Northern Brewer 3G Gypsum per 5gal,, NORMALLY USE (2g CACL 2g Gypsum per 5 gallon) watch for hop character Adjusted Mash to 5.25ph Adjusted Sparge to 6.0ph MASH 149 for 45, 157 for 15.
