Day went well. Fermenting well. November 13 days. dropped trub. Gravity 1.042. Going to make a starter using CDC-1 and pitch to try and bring down the gravity closer to 1.030. Pitched in December 1. December 6. still at 1.042. Racking to carboy. March 4, 2016 - Bottles 5 Gallons
