The thermometer slayer. Have to give this one an A. Might bump up the crystal slightly to give it more color.

Mash 3.75 (15qt) gallons -- add 2.3g gypsum, 2.6g CaCl2 Sparge 4.8 gallons-- add 2.8 gal gysum, 3.3g CaCl2 Mashout is 1.19 gal (1 gal, 24 oz) Sparge is 3.50 gal
