Taste Notes

24/10 - Taste pre-dry hopping (whilst warm and flat). Subtle bitterness followed by light but typical 'sauvignon' aroma produced by the flame out nelson hops.

Notes

Dry hopped on 24/10 (two weeks after brewing) and reduced temperature to 6.5C with 30g Amarillo pellets.
