This beer came out great!

by Notown

I brewed this for my homebrew club, in-club contest. It got the most 1st place votes!

I did a brew in a bag method and I calculated my efficiency at approx 52% so the actual ABV was probably closer to 4.5. I looked at many other recipes and tweaked them a bit based on what I had on hand.

For the salt I used Himalayan Sea Salt, also everyone picked up a subtle lemon flavor, I am guessing it was from the crystal hops. The salt was in my opinion perfect. It was not evident until the finish where there was a slightly salt water quality that lingered just a bit.

Thanks to MapleCityBrewer for the advice.
