1.00 oz Whitbread Golding Variety (WGV) [8.7%] - Boil 60 min Hops 8
1.05 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) Misc 9
4.00 cup Spruce Tips (Boil 15 min) Misc 10

2.0 pkgs Safale American (DCL/Fermentis #US-05) Yeast 12

Notes

Starting volume was high so boiled for an extra 15 minutes. Should not have because the spruce tips absorbed a lot of fluid and was short at the end. Forgot to add an ounce of WGV at 60 minutes so added it more like at 40 minutes.
