Notes

Dry-hop the .5 oz. Cascade in secondary. Made a starter with .5 gal. of water and .5 cup of lite DME and pitched yeast. The next day, I added another .5 gal. with .5 cup of Lite DME. Brewing session went great. Marbles help prevent boilover. Need a bigger grain bag. O.G. 1.073. Added air three times before putting stopper in. 15 hours later, it is fermenting like crazy! This thing has a head on like I've never had before. The combination of the starter and the aeration really worked! Good beer. Keep everthing the same but use Saaz or Pearl instead of Amirillo.
