Taste Notes

I'm shooting for a golden, malty, true-to-style Helles with a subdued bitterness and flavor.

Notes

Lazy yeast fermentation. Transferred and keeped fermenting for weeks. Had to dump. My second in fifteen years. I blame the yeast. I've had so many problems buying yeast locally. It was lazy from the start and then in the secondary, it blew through the air lock. That's probably where it got contaminated. Shame becasue it looked like a good recipe. Do again.
