Taste Notes

Simply amazing. One of the best I've made. Crisp, clean, with a bite. Nice bitterness throughout. Well attenuated. Slight sweetness. Great hop aroma.

Notes

Vision: Copper-colored IPA, with a clean, punchy, but not overwhelming bitterness, a dose of fruity hop flavor and a smooth, clean finish. Starter made with .5 cup of DME and 1 Qt. Poured most off before pitching. O.G. 1.060. Fermentation is dragging on for over a week and a half now. The huge krausen is gone yet bubbles every five seconds. I'm a little worried. Dry hopped with .50 oz. Citra.
