Taste Notes

Absolutely great tasting beer. Nice pale ale. The yeast is clean and hightlights the hops just like the Kolsch yeast. Really hoppy. I could back off just a pinch to make it even more drinkable but this is really god.

Notes

Dry hop with 1.0 oz. of Citra. Starter: Added 400 ml. water to 2.0 oz. of light DME. Mash temp. was 153.8. Water volume at boil was 5.75 gal.
