Notes

First brew with Eli. All went well but effiencey was low by 4 pts. Also, miscalculated mash water (forgot the extra .5 pds. that was added by mistake at the store) and mashed at 151.5. Eli added a little belgian yeast he had left over to the American Ale yeast. Should be interesting. Outstanding taste at transfer to secondary. Bitter but balanced. Slightly sweet. Nice.
