Taste Notes

A decent beer. Fairly bitter. Tastes a little thin. Perhaps a half pound of carapils to enhance the body. Maybe a .25 pound of 60L carmel malt. Maybe a differenct yeast strain.

Starter made with my new stir master about 18 hours before pitching . O.G. 1.054. Good brewing session.
