Taste Notes

Interesting taste. Nice beer. Good balance. The Ahntanum is a very soft flavor. I like it but a bit too passive on the bitterness end.

Notes

Added 7.88 gal. for the mash. I used 7 gal. as a boil. That overshot the finished amount by at least .25 gal. I'd say go with 6.75 gal. or 6. 5 gal. to boil next time. Gravity 6 points low (1.057); partially due to having too much finshed product. Tasted great at transfer. Soft citursy flavor; very nice.
