Taste Notes

Good Irish Red Ale. I'd take the Meladnoiden malt down to a pund and mash at a lower temperature. A little too sweet. To be true to style, I should have bumped up the roasted malt to 4 oz. and the last hop addition should have been at 20 min.

Notes

O.G. 1.060. Crazy good efficiencey. Maybe because I let it site for about 3 hours when we went to the brunch? I beleive darker grains also have better extract efficiency. Nice fermentation pace. About a half inch of krausen and the lock bubles pause ever so slightly before starting again.
