Taste Notes

This is a pretty good beer. Good hop profile. I 'd back off on the melanoiden malt to about half pd. instead of a full pound. Pleasantly bitter but not overwhelming. Much darker than anticipated. More of a red ale. Make again.

No conditioning of malt. Mashed in at 152 deg. O.G. right on target at 1.064.
