Notes

No oxygen and no starter and no boil. Hops added to mash only. Boild 1 minute to avoid DMS from Pilsner Malt. Six pounds of Black Raspberries and three pounds of Red Raspberries added to bucket secondary. A little too much so I had to put some in a carboy. Planning to sit for a month. Add 1 teaspoon of citric acid and 1 teaspoon of Malic Acid before bottling.
