Notes

Make a Lacto starter in 1 gallon jug using 1 liter of water and 52 grams of DME. Added 1/4 cup of crushed pale malt and set on heating pad for 5 days. Add hops to mash for 90 minutes. Boil for 1 minute and cool to 70 deg. No oxygen. Add lacto starter through a funnel screen. Make a small starter and add yeast after 48 hours. Transfer at two weeks. Add 4 oz. of hibiscus at knockout.
