Notes
This recipe is very, very loosely inspired by the White House recipe (http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2012/09/01/ale-chief-white-house-beer-recipe).
Munich and Vienna malts used only becauseI didn't have any other base grains on hand. I should have used 2 row.
FG: 1.031 refractometer uncorrected, 1.014 corrected. Bottled 4.25 gallons on 1/12 (only 16 days after pitching) using honey at the priming sugar. Quick turn-around on this batch in order to get it ready in time for inauguration.
