Taste Notes

Malt character only would be bettered by a proper decoction mash - probably 3 stage. Slightly too hop forward. Maybe change to a single middle boil addition for the flavour, maybe a small aroma addition. Nice easy drinking beer. Slightly undercarbed. Definitely put this on tap though. Crowd pleaser for non-craft virgins. Hop character could easily be modified to reflect a more "craft" style - potential with some more advanced strains such as Ella, where a more pronounced spicy character, less "noble" character is present. Maybe do this again with some of the experimental strains. 20 and 5 minute additions only.
