Notes

Approx 4.5 gal into fermenter Added 70ggts of grahm cracker flavor approximated 3 gallons of finish volume, tasted pre bottle and was sour. 4gm of lactose sweetened 1 cup of beer. 80 cups in 5 gal, so figired 190 gms needed to sweeten beer at bottling.
