Forgot to add sugar to the kettle, so gravity was 1.048. With sugars contrib of 46.2 points it would have been 4.2 points higher, and achieved a mash efficiency of 89%, tot.eff of 80% and target OG. I elected to leave the beer alone rather than add the sugar as the maltioer less dry finish should support the hops just fine.
