Notes

4.2ml PA to 5.7 gallons of strike water in HLT (0.74ml/gallon) Changed specific heat to 0.45 and mash temp was 151, 2° low. Did not adjust. Need 1.35ml PA in HLT for sparge water 0.26ml/gallon. Need an additional 0.09ml PA. 1.054 at 30 min. OG 1.062 Used the hop spider. Chilled, transferred, Oxygenated and pitched US05 not rehydrated. All break material went into the fermenter. About 5.2 gallons into the fermenter. 7.11.15 Racked and dry hopped. 7.19.15 Kegged, 1.005
