Taste Notes

Good flavor and aroma from columbus and simcoe hops. Has a bit of an astringent bitter flavor probably from sparge runoff gravity coming in lower than 1.008 but still very good. Will lower mash efficiency on next batch to 80% to lose the astringent flavor.
