Mashed at 67 for 75mins, 1st runnings 1.095, 2nd runnings 1.078, added 7 litres of dilute water to try get lower (50/50 RO/TAP). Final OG 1.078...
Ran out of sparge water so couldn't bring this down any more or extract more on a 3rd running, so ended up with a higher OG and less volume.
27 litres into the fermenter. (57% eff... a 3rd run would have got me more volume ... 40litres would have been app 70%)
Pitched slightly warm (27) (Keggle thermometer lying!!), but got it down to 22 within an hour. Yeast S04 from GBB, 1.7L starter (36hours), will finish higher than US05.
Then fermented at 20.5C.
1st dry hop is Cascade & Centennial for 3 days, then transfer to a secondary & dry hop for 3 days with remaining (Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe) dry hops.
