Notes

grain from steinbarts, double crushed. sparge for 2hours 10 minutes CANNOT mash 24 lbs of grain in the Gott Cooler!!! Next batch, open spigot without hose attached for a second on the boil pot before cooling, just to clear any hops, etc... 4/28 still bubbling though I put in secondary 3 weeks ago. gravity now 1.020
