OG: 1.071 (75% efficency) FG: 1.014 ABV: 7.5% IBU: 73 SRM: 8 14 lbs 2-row 10oz - Crystal 60L 12oz - Munich 1oz - Victory 0.5oz - Motueka (FWH) 0.5oz Columbus (FWH) 0.33oz - Columbus (60 min) 0.7oz - Cascade (15 min) 0.4oz - Centennial (15 min) 0.33oz - Columbus (15 min) 0.75oz - Cascade (5 min) 0.75oz - Motueka (5 min) 0.5oz - Amarillo (5 min) 2 oz - Simcoe (dry hop) Wyeast 1968 London Ale Yeast Water: Use RO water treated with 2.4g CaCl2 and 4.8g CaSO4 per 5 gallons.
