Notes

Flame on at 7:30am 12 gallons water with Campden tablet to 160F 20lbs two-row malted barley 4lbs caramel 80 (Too much water/grain) Heat water to 160F Mash in water to 150F @ 8:30am Check temp 150F and stir @ 9:15am End mash 148F @ 9:45am Heat mash to 160F Add 4g through mash grains into kettle @ 10:10am 13.75g pre-boil in BK @ 1.055 Boil & 10:40am 2oz Simcoe at 60min 3.5oz Zythos at 20min 2tsp yeast nutrient at 15min Chiller in at 15min 2oz Cascade at 5min Flame out at 11:45am Chill to 75F Aerate with chiller toward end. 11.5gal @1.061 Finish at 12:45pm 2oz Cascade dry hopped Bottled 9.25gal 7.5oz corn sugar to 2.5vols FG:
