Taste Notes

Started ferment at 50 (10?c) bumped to 12c 3/3/15 at 1.011,bumped to 14c (57f), tastes nice, grainy, a bit bitter from yeast in suspension,

Notes

Doughed in a bit warm (164) hit 152f mash will lose 2-4f during mash, cold outside.
