Notes
Secondary in 7 days. Diacetyl rest by rainsing temp to 62 for 3 days. Lowered fermenter fridge slowly to 50 from April 9 to 13. Moved into Lager fridge at 48. dropped to 37.
kegged on 25 May, bottled one gallon with 24 g priming sugar in 4 oz water. yeild 10 12 ounce bottles.
