Taste Notes

best tasting IPA I've made so far. Strong lemon on the nose. IBU ratio is good, hop forward. Need to replicate with a lower ABV.

Notes

Victory Dirt Wolf Clone with IBU adjustment down to 106. Mash on 22 and brought the wort to a boil. Finished brew on 23rd. Dry hopped on 30 Apr (after 7 days in primary)
