Initial water Ph 7.44, 5 gal Hawk Well, 2 gal RO Ferment at 59 on the 19th and 20th Temperature dropped a degree a day, placed in Lager fridge (46-48) on 24 Jan Moved to secondary on 26 Jan lager fridge to 46 on 1 Feb 44 on 3 Feb 42 on 8 Feb Kegged on 2 Mar
