Taste Notes

Clear with color at predicted level. Catty, garlic, blueberry aroma. Medium bodied with nice sweetness to balance pronounced but balanced bitterness. Bitterness lingers into finish. Fantastic hop flavor and aroma but needs about 3-4 weeks in keg at keezer temps to hit peak in flavor, aroma, and clarity. Brew gain without any significant changes. Ver reminiscent of a bigger dogfish IPA.
