Notes

5/14/15 - try mashing at 154 for 60 min 1/18/15 - Held at 150 to 152 for 60 min. Post gravity was 1.028 @ 170 degrees. Og was 1.057. Lots of trub into the fermenter but looks like 2.5 gallons! Everything actually went well. I think I need a better thermometer. ..
