Notes

Started from NB's Kiwi Express, but added more hops to mine. http://www.northernbrewer.com/documentation/allgrain/AG-KiwiExpress.pdf 5-9-2015 Sooo...that is a crap load of hops, wow. I've never done a real IPA before so I'm hoping I'm not overdoing this lol. Mash temp started at 152.5 (to think, only a few brews ago I couldn't hit it for nothing). Starting runoff gravity was 1.076. This wort smells amazing. I can't wait to taste it. Too bad it's going to end up at NHC instead of my house.
