Notes

after fermentation , lager 30 to 40 days at 34-40 degrees Award Winning All Grain Maerzen from Bruce and C.B. McConnell. Brewer(s) - Bruce McConnell, C.B. McConnell I screwed this up badly. I didn't do the decotion mash that was in the recipe. I ended up with a beer that was way over attenuated and has no body. The flavors are close, slightly weak, the alcohol feels way over due to the overconversion of the sugars. I definitely want to try it again by doing a decotion mash.
