Notes

This is a mashup/split batch 3 gal each of Hefeweizen and Witbier. KO 3 gal of hefe to 1 fermenter and pitch hefe yeast. Then add coriander and fresh citrus zest to the kettle for 5 minutes to second fermenter and pitch witbier yeast
