Taste Notes

4/25/15 - this stuff was great. crisp and clean. sulfer in the beginning but after a bit of time it faded 6/8/15 - this batch used the hessian pils and the wlp800...not as good as the budejovic yeast. decent once more time passed but the first version was way better. 7/2/18 - meh... slight apple? hoping it chills out over time. I think budjovich yeast is the only one for me... need more IBU

Notes

6/10/2018 Mash - 152 90min 1.050 SG ferment at 48* 1.008 5.5% 7/15/17 1.050 - Scotty Brewed on 10 gal pot w/ tim's burner WLP800 Scooped from previous batch 6/24/17 Mash 152 1.048 5/16/15 - mix starter of hessian pils and wlp800 pitched at 68* and ferm chamber set to 51* 6/8/15 - carbed up and i am thinking that the yeast used was not the best choice... No crispness at all...wondering if this will age a bit... OG - 1.049 FG - 1.010 4/15/15 -mash 149 for 90 min used jackets on MT and only dropped 1 degree used 90 min profile but only boil for 60 min. wanted to speed things up and lower abv. added about .25 gal ice to cool. 1.052
