11/01/2014 at bottling tasted good . not quite what I was going for but it will work for now.

Notes

used caramel crystal 60 1 lb instead of 40 11/1/2014 bottled soaked oak staves in makers mark whisky added to secondary on 10/28/2014 going for bourbon barrel flavor
