3/30/15 what a nice surprise, very fruity taste , good nose , time will tell.

brewed on 3/31/14 my notes - changed mt hood hops for spalter hops I also used a different yeast , Belgian Ardennes wyeast #3522. racked on 4/12/14 the #3522 was still working, next time I will use a trappist yeast. tasted good. bottled on 4/21/14 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- brewewd on 8/13/14 with Jason " LaserDad" Nauman. Went back to original recipe MT. Hood Hops. used Trappist High Gravity Yeast # 3787 racked on 8/23/14 bottled on 8/30/14 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3/07/15 - used great western 2-row instead of pilsner and Belgian Ardennes yeast again. racked on 3/21/15 bottled on 3/30/15
