Taste Notes

Did a side by side with mirror pond, Color/taste/ all too similar. A great drinking beer. I hung a 1/2 0z Falconer flight in the keg during chilling and carbing.

Notes

I used a small hop sack and suspended from dental floss in the keg lid seal. worked great easy to retrieve Happy Brewing
