Taste Notes

Tasted on bottling day, definately has a "bite" to it. No after tatse. After bottle conditioning for about 2 weeks the "bite" has mellowed. However every bottle seems a bit different in taste (more or less apple). Others that have tasted complimented and asked for more.... so the jury is still out. 10/21/12.

Notes

Added 1 gallon of appple cider to primary after primay fermentation slowed.
