4/29/2015 - Made a 3L starter of WLP004 (couldn't find WLP006). 5/1/2015 - Brewday! Water adjustment: 5.9g Gypsum, 4.2g NaCL, 5.5g Baking Soda, .3g Chalk Fill Mash Tun to 172mm Everything went well except OG was 2 points low (1.058) but I'll take it!
