Brew day went as planned. 100%
Quickest chill ever. Used 2 chillers in parallel. First in ice water bath.
15 minutes to 67 degrees from boiling.
March 18 8am.
Already cranking away. Must keep an eye on this one.
April 6th - Dry hop with El Dorado 1.003
April 11 - Keg
Inital perception is this is a Saisoan with all that goes with it.
