Notes

3.5 lbs fresh blueberries frozen to break down cellular walls. Thawed and combined with 16oz Pom pomegranate juice. Mashed and heated to 170F for 10 minutes. Cooled and added to secondary ferment. Beer racked onto juicy goodness.
