Taste Notes

Nice nutty, malt flavor. Awesome. Definite do again recipe.

Notes

Toasted malt for 20 min at 350 reduced 2 qts of first running down to 1/2 qt. OG 1.046 pitched yeast at 9:00 pm 8/1/14, 25 hours after putting wort in fermenter. Wort temp 70 degrees. FG 1.014 kegged at 6pm 8/13/14 Killed keg with Heath, Rachel & Stephen during Tide/Miss St game. 11/15/14
