Taste Notes

VERY malty; slight hint of diacetyl. Hopefully this will age out. Nice notes of roasty/chocolate/malty.

Notes

Missed mash temperature by almost 3 degrees; added 2 quarts @ 212 to make up the difference; threw the temp up to 156. Then, stirred to bring it down to 154. Color seemed about right; taste was pleasant.
