Taste Notes
VERY malty; slight hint of diacetyl. Hopefully this will age out.
Nice notes of roasty/chocolate/malty. Notes
Missed mash temperature by almost 3 degrees; added 2 quarts @ 212 to make up the difference; threw the temp up to 156. Then, stirred to bring it down to 154.
