Notes

Mill wheat twice on its own (before milling the rest of the grain). Add Blackprinz during sparge. Adjust amount based on color of 1st runnings? Wanted Caramunich II (60L), but MoreBeer and GF didn't have it. Substituted Dingemans CaraMunich 45L. I was also out of raw wheat, so I sub'd oats from Trader Joes (toasted) Balsamic Syrup in kettle? - not this time, I want to experiment with Flanders yeasts. Maybe in keg if needed? Wyeast PC 3023 - De Bom (07/07/14) Wyeast PC 3209 - Oud Bruin (07/07/14) Both from GF. Warm when delivered, a little swelling.
