Taste Notes

Bitterness, body, color, head retention, and hop aroma all great but with a salty aftertaste. Possibly from 5.2 stablizer? Ditch 5.2 stabilizer from all batches d/t somewhat of a recurring similarity in aftertase in many beers since using 5.2.
