Notes

Og 1.070, on 1/18/15. 75 min mash 75 min boil for 5.5gal. On Feb 22 fg 1.002. 9.0%abv! I mashed in at 168° kept mash hot. Boiled for 75 min. Kept fermentation warm too about 70-72°. Then secondary for 3 weeks. Its got a lot of fruity character. Easy drinking for that much alcohol. Good beer.!!
